When you use any Essential-Tech product or service, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you create an account on Essential-Tech, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a Essential-Tech account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Essential-Tech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the “Contents”) are Essential-Tech’s intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by Essential-Tech and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Essential-Tech”). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Essential-Tech.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Essential-Tech. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 10 days of the original receipt date. You must contact Essential-Tech, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Essential-Tech is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization form. Any part returned to Essential-Tech without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. Essential-Tech does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while Essential-Tech will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Essential-Tech are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
All prats from Essential-Tech are lifetime warranties, any problems WITHOUT MAN-MADE damage we will replace new same parts.
