Do I need to register for an account?
You do not have to register for an account, but we do encourage it. Registering at Essential-Tech will allow you to checkout faster, check the status of your orders and also view past invoices. You can register online or you can start shopping straight away and set up your account during the check out process, whichever suits you best.
What is the Essential-Tech Newsletter?
To stay connected and current on all information, such as special offers, new products, and industry news, sign up to receive our newsletter. You can do this by registering for an account or by using the link on the lower right of the homepage.
How do I change information in My Account?
Once registered, you will be able to log into My Account anytime. Here you will be able to change your password, delivery information, and email address or e-mail preferences.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your account will be reviewed and cancelled within 3-5 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Essential-Tech accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed/confirmed it cannot be canceled. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Once you receive your order please contact us so we can issue you a RMA; this will allow you to return the order for a refund. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you deliver to my country?
Essential-Tech ship to many countries around the world including, more details please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Has my order been shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please check your order status on www.17track.net using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship orders every day to military personnel posted in various locations around the world. Please make sure you provide the correct billing information when placing the order.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your credit card company/bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. You may also experience a delay if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address.
Returns & Refunds
I have a faulty item!
At Essential-Tech, we pride ourselves on the quality of our parts. Each item is carefully examined and tested before we ship it out. In the rare instance that you have received a faulty part contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT PART WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED.
We deal with the manufacturers directly to insure you receive high-quality replacement parts at competitive prices. If you have a question in regards to the part you need to order or our Disassemble Guides please feel free to contact us.
The item received was not the right
If somehow you have received the wrong part, we apologize for the inconvenience and want you to know this happens infrequently. We will get the right part out to you as soon as you bring it to our attention. However, if you have ordered the incorrect part, we will send the new part out to you, you are responsible for returning it to us safely in faultless condition. Please make sure to verify you are ordering the exact replacement part required to fix your device.
Have you received my return?
As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you have not received this email within 30 days of shipping your order back to us, please email email@example.com. Please make sure to obtain shipping confirmation from the courier you used to return your order and note the return label number for your own records.
When will I receive my refund?
It normally takes 5-7 business days for your return to reach Essential-Tech. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it could take additional time for it to post to your account.
